A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 6, 2014, the Defendant requested the F officer belonging to the E-district of the Mapo-gu Police Station E-district to voluntarily conduct the movement according to the said district and boarded the patrol vehicle, who was called out after receiving a report from 112 while working at the C-Leng-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, Changwon-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Masan-si.

At around 05:50 on the same day, the Defendant arrived at the front of the said global belt, and followed the said patrol by: (a) she took a bath, such as “at least three times she was suffering from a bank; (b) she was going to go about; (c) she was fright after her patrol; and (d) she was released from the patrol vehicle, and (e) she took a bath, such as “I am fright, embling, chewing, chewing, chewing, she was fhere with taxes paid by her internal car,” and she took a bath, such as “I f ambling, fhere, fhere, chewing, and dead her chest,” and she did so by assaulting the said F her chest on three occasions with her chest, she was fhere and fhere with her hand, as she was fhere with the said F.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers regarding the handling of 112 reported cases.
