At around 04:30 on November 16, 2013, the Defendant driven a BM5 car under the influence of alcohol content 0.09% from the first village parking lot located in the Gyeonggi Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si to the first road of the same city in the same city as the Hanpo-dong.
