On October 24, 2013, at around 22:30, the Defendant driven a B rocketing vehicle with a blood alcohol content of about 0.161% under the influence of alcohol on the 20m section from the front day of the Daumbbin Dogin Dog-si, Kimpo-si to the front day of the Dogin Dogin Dog-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.
