A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 05:00 on June 18, 2015, the Defendant acquired one unclaimed wall in the market price, including one copy of the Victim C’s Damb Card (D), one modern card, and three 10,000 won per 10,00 won per son’s gift.

The Defendant did not follow necessary procedures, such as returning the above acquired wallets to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. From around 10:00 on June 22, 2015 to around 11:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) cut off, at the escape room of the second floor staff of the building underground of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E-building No. 18; (b) the market price owned by the victim F, which was kept in his/her clothes No. 18; (c) one string line; (d) one string line; and (e) one string line (G); and (e) one string line on the market price, which includes one string line;

3. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On June 18, 2015, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 4,000 in the market value at H around 06:02, Jun. 18, 2015, the Defendant presented the above physical card to the victim J, when the Defendant had done as if the Defendant was the genuine holder of the new bank check (D) in the name of C.

However, the above physical card is a physical card that the defendant acquired as stated in the above 1. Paragraph, and the defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the price normally even if he received the goods from the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant received from the injured party one urban village in the amount of 4,000 won of the market price and one telecom.

As indicated in attached Table 1, the Defendant, including this, received the total amount of KRW 50,700 from June 18, 2015 to June 06:02, 06:52 of the same day by the same method and by deceiving the victims.
