On November 15, 2018, at around 03:32, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) purchased convenience stores at G located in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, and (b) 166,750 won, such as 16,750 won, such as 6-year red ginseng, and (c) presented the credit card acquired as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) to the employees working at the above convenience store as if he was his own card; (b) from around that time, until November 15, 2018:54, the Defendant acquired 10 times more than 1,713,50 won, such as in the attached list I, and used the credit card lost by another person.
