A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Counterfeiting a private signature;

A. On March 7, 2017, at around 21:50, the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender under suspicion of violating the Act on the Protection of Children’s Juveniles from Sexual Abuse; and (b) obtained confirmation of the identity of a flagrant offender from a police officer affiliated with the Kim Sea Police Station, the Defendant was feared to be aware of the failure to pay a fine, and obtained confirmation of the status; (c) signed the “E” column among the written confirmation of the arrest of a flagrant offender prepared by the said D.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged the above E’s signature without authority.

B. On March 8, 2017, at around 16:13, the Defendant: (a) was arrested at the office of the office of the police station located in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, 2307 due to a charge of violating the Act on the Protection of Juveniles from Sexual Abuse; (b) was arrested in the act of committing an act in violation of the Act on the Protection of Juveniles from Sexual Abuse; (c) was arrested from G during the circumstances where the above police station belongs to the above police station; (d) was investigated in high school-friendly E-mail by threateninging that the failure to pay a fine would have been discovered; and (e) was signed in the “E” column

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged the above E’s signature without authority.

2. Exercising signatures on the above investigation;

A. On March 7, 2017, at around 21:50, the Defendant: (a) submitted to the said D, as if the signature of E entered in the written confirmation of the arrest letter of the above flagrant offender was duly completed; and (b) exercised the forged signature by allowing the said D to bind the written confirmation that the name was forged into the investigation record.

B. On March 8, 2017, the Defendant submitted to the above G a signature forgery as if the signature of E in the above interrogation protocol was duly completed at the F department office of the police station in the 2307 Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, 2017, and the above G submitted it to the above G.
