Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 26, 2019, at around 23:14, the Defendant: (a) in front of the port of Busan, the police station C District of Busan, where the Defendant was reported domestic violence from the Defendant’s children, and (b) in order for the Defendant to load the Defendant’s children to the police zone and move them to the C District to the police zone, (c) in front of the police vehicle, (d) in order to prevent the Defendant from driving the police vehicle, (d) in front of the police vehicle, (e) the Defendant recommended the Defendant to follow the vehicle on the road, (e) but rather, (e) the Defendant was able to threaten and pushed the Defendant several times, and (e) the Defendant was released, but rather, (e) the Defendant was threatening and pushed the Defendant, as he could be at time.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of domestic violence reports.
