1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. The plaintiffs' assertion

A. Under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Acquisition of Land for Public Use and the Compensation for Damages, the Defendant purchased each land indicated in the “acquisition Land” column as indicated in the acquisition details list from Plaintiffs, G, and H (hereinafter “each land of this case”), and paid compensation to Plaintiffs, G, and H, and completed the registration of ownership transfer for each land of this case by consultation with the Defendant on the acquisition of public land in the future.

The G deceased and the I, a child, inherited the inheritance according to the inheritance share ratio, but the plaintiff D, the plaintiff E, and the F, the spouse, due to the death of I, succeeded to the inheritance share.

H Deceased, Plaintiff B and C, a child, inherited according to their inheritance shares.

B. The Minister of Construction and Transportation, on June 28, 2002, pursuant to Articles 3 and 7 of the Housing Site Development Promotion Act, designated the area for the development of the housing site in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-do as the area for the development of the housing site in Sungnam-do. The Korea National Housing Corporation (the Korea Land and Housing Corporation was merged with the Korea Land Corporation on October 1, 2009 and became the Korea Land and Housing Corporation; hereinafter collectively referred to as the “the housing site development project in this case”) was designated as the project implementer of the said housing site development project (hereinafter referred to as the “the housing site development project in this case”), and on June 20, 2003, approved and publicly notified the housing site development plan in this case on November 28, 2003, the designation and alteration of the area for the housing site development in this case, and the housing site development plan.
