A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant forged private document: “A, D, E, F, and G, which he/she became aware of in the course of introducing a branch seal, etc. from around August 201 to July 2012, 201, shall pay for the monthly amount of expenses to C, D, E, F, and G as an employee if he/she is registered as an employee. To register as an employee, the Defendant received each resident registration, etc., a certified copy and abstract of the resident registration, a passbook, an authorized certificate, a ID, a security card, etc., respectively.”

On August 8, 2011, the Defendant, at the first and second place, entered the personal information of “C” in the debtor column of the LAF loan contract for LAFA, a lending company, and signed next to the name and forged one copy of the monetary loan loan contract in the name of C, a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising the rights and obligations, and subsequently forged two copies of the monetary loan contract in the name of “C”, one copy of the personal information inquiry agreement in the name of “B”, and one copy of the credit transaction agreement in the name of “F” as shown in the attached list of crimes (1) by July 2012.

2. On August 201, 201, the Defendant at a post office located in the Sogjin-gu, Sogjin-gu, Sogjin-gu, Seoul, the Defendant presented and used the money loan contract in the name of the above forged C by mail as if he had been duly formed to the employees in terms of the name of Liggn loan, and thereafter submitted each forged document to each of the employees in the name of each lending company or financial institution from that time to that of July 2012, 2012, as shown in the list of crimes (2).

3. The Defendant, on August 5, 201, entered into a monetary loan agreement forged in the name of C, as described in the foregoing paragraphs 1 and 2, at an infinite place.
