Punishment of the crime

On May 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 19:43, at the front of the residence of the victim D(73 years of age) in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu; (b) on the ground that the Defendant was sweed with the victim D on the ground that the victim was sweed up while working as dry field; (c) the Defendant sweeded with the victim D while working as dry field; (d) the Defendant sweeded the victim with his hand; and (d) the Defendant sweedddddddddd the victim with his hand,

The defendant of "2013 Go-Ma1984" was a person who resides in the house of the victim D, and there was a dispute over the problem of cutting of electric wires with the victim during that period.

At around 08:00 on May 18, 2013, the Defendant, on the ground that the victim was exposed to the Defendant’s residence before the victim’s house in Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyangyang-gu, Goyang-si, on the ground that the victim was exposed to the Defendant’s electric wires connected to the Defendant’s residence, and the victim was collected at the victim’s head, and the victim was placed at the victim’s head for about two weeks of treatment.

At around 22:00 on January 4, 2014, the Defendant dumped in the above place any longer or unusable articles, such as shoulder glass, animal excreta, etc., in Goyang-gu E, Soyang-gu, Yangyang-si.
