When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall dump, without permission, cigarette butts, gum, garbage, waste, dead animal, or other dirty or useless things at any place.

At around 22:55 on September 10, 2014, the Defendant dumped tobacco butts remaining after being milked on the front of the “D” restaurant located in C, Namyang-si, Seoul, without permission on the road.
