A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 1, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for eight months due to a violation of road traffic laws in the Incheon District Court's Busan District Court's Branch, and on May 26, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of five million won due to a violation of road traffic laws.

1. On July 1, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) and the Road Traffic Act (drinking without a license) on more than two occasions on more than two occasions, but at the same time, the Defendant was driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of a restaurant in the south-gu, East-gu, Shocheon-gu, Sacheon-si, the name of which cannot be known, from the front of the restaurant, to the front of the 500-meter road in the 500-meter radius radius from the day of the 500-meter road of the stop-gu, the head of the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.249% during blood.

2. On July 1, 2017, the Defendant driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol as set forth in paragraph (1) around July 21, 2017, and driving the said vehicle along the two-lane road from the east of the west to the east of the said road.

At the time of night, in such a case, there was a duty of care for those engaged in driving of a motor vehicle to take the front door well and to operate the steering and brakes accurately and safely.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant did not find out the fact that the automobile of the victim C (C and the age of 29) is under a stop due to the negligence of being driven by the victim C (C and the age of 29) before, and received the back part of the said victim's vehicle as the front part of the Defendant's vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant driving the said car in a state where it is difficult to drive it normally due to the influence of drinking, and thereby, inflicts an injury on the victim of a non-pelpel that requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment.
