A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Anyone who fails to register a driving school in violation of traffic laws due to education for driving without registration shall be prohibited from driving any motor vehicle, etc. conducted outside of a driving school in return for payment, or by lending the name of a driving school in the name of a driving school, etc.;

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, conducted driving education for automobile without registering a driving school.
2. Any person who fails to register a driving school violating the Road Traffic Act by advertising similar names shall not display or advertise a trade name using a name similar to that of a driving school;
The Defendant issued to the Commissioner General of the Korean National Police Agency a notice of the trade name, name, and the name of the “F Driving Driving Institute” without registering a driving school, and made books in the form of problem collection and permissible as well as G around November 11, 2016 and around 16:30 on the same day.
