1. The punishment of the accused shall be one year;

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 12, 2017, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face and head to C cafeteria in front of the C cafeteria located in Seosan City, Seosan City, and assaulted the victim’s son (17 years old) who was seated on the road. ”라고 욕설을 하면서 위 G을 향해 손을 들어 때리려는 시늉을 하고, 계속하여 위 G에게 주먹을 휘두르며, 위 G의 멱살을 잡아 흔들었다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of reported cases by police officers.

나. 피고인은 2017. 9. 13. 00:50 경 서산시 안 견로 327에 있는 서산 경찰서 주차장에서, 제 3의 가항 기재와 같이 경찰관을 폭행하여 공무집행 방해 혐의로 현행범 체포되어 서산 경찰서 형사 팀으로 신병 인계되던 중 서산 경찰서 F 지구대 소속 순경 H의 얼굴에 침을 뱉고, 그 후 서산 경찰서 형사 팀 사무실 앞 복도를 걸어가던 중 위 H의 정강이를 발로 1회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the transfer of a police officer's flagrant offender.

4.
