A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A shall be in charge of overall management of the assembly and manufacturing process of machinery, such as “G” and “H,” a machine manufacturing machine, etc., manufactured and sold by the said company, by entering Lidong-gun FF Co., Ltd. as a general director around December 2, 2007. On October 2, 2015, he/she shall be retired from office around October 2, 2015. Defendant B shall be a person who was enrolled in the victim company as a member around January 2014, and was retired from office around November 30, 2015 upon receiving the direction of Defendant A in charge of the assembly and design of machinery at the production site.

The victim company's "G, etc." has been managed as the principal assets of the victim company's design drawings, customers, product supply unit prices, and business-related materials such as design drawings, business-related customer information, unit prices, and unit prices. The victim company's "G, etc." from around 2007 to Japan I (hereinafter "I") entered into an exclusive contract with Japan, and revised the design drawings according to the specifications of the product required by "I". For each export, the victim company has a duty to return or discard them to the victim in the event of retirement.

The Defendants, as seen above, had been dealing with the design drawings, etc. of “G” and “H” in the victim company, used them to set up the same machinery as that of the victim company and sold it to the customer of the victim company.

As such, Defendant A violated the duty of duty according to the above public offering, and Defendant A uses the second floor office of the victim company around April 2015.
