On May 12, 2013, at around 16:50 on May 16, 2013, the Defendant suffered an injury in the number of days of treatment, such as giving back the victim's face and body part at the right eye and the left eye, while making a verbal dispute with the victim D (the age of 55) in front of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 404 (the age of 55).
