[Attachment] On March 15, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a year, due to a violation of the Public Notice of Values and Appraisal of Real Estate Act at the Seoul Central District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 14, 2013.
