Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,500,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

The Defendants respectively.

Punishment of the crime

A. At around 04:19 on January 30, 2015, Defendant A driven a D-burged vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.175% from the 80m section from the front of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the 104:20 on the same day from the same day.

B. Defendant B is a person engaged in driving a D-to-purd vehicle.

Defendant

B, around 04:20 on January 30, 2015, the vehicle of soflurged on the upper half of 04:20, led the front side of Seongdong-gu Seoul to go back from the residential side to Escus.

At the time, it was difficult to view a new wall as a new wall, and the point of accident is narrow side. In such a case, when a person engaged in driving service intends to resume, he/she has a duty of care to safely look back the back and prevent the accident from occurring.

Nevertheless, due to the negligence that did not properly examine the rear side, the wall owned by the Victim F (F, South, 53 years old) was driven by the Defendant, and was served as the part of the Defendant behind the Ablurt-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed Vehicle.

Ultimately, due to the Defendant’s negligence in the course of performing his duties, the Defendant destroyed the damaged property worth approximately KRW 1,100,000,000 owned by the Victim F, and escaped without any measure.

C. At around 04:20 on January 30, 2015, Defendant B driven the front side road of Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, on the side of the housing, D-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn
