A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On March 2, 2014, at around 18:06, the Defendant forced the victim to take photographs of the body parts, such as the victim’s sexual flag, etc., and his/her self-defensive images, by using an opportunity to keep the victim’s b body pictures at his/her residence in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon, by taking the victim’s sexual flag, etc., in a cell phone camera, the Defendant forced the victim to take and transmit the victim’s bridge photographs on the Internet, by threatening the victim to spread the victim’s bridge photographs on the Internet, and let the victim take the victim’s body parts, such as the victim’s sexual organ, etc., and send the victim’s flusive photo, and 4 parts of the self-defensive video from the victim’s sexual organ until 1:50 of the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant, through intimidation, caused the victim to perform a non-obligatory act.

2. On March 2, 2014, at around 19:04, the Defendant sent 10 copies of 10 copies of the cell phone Kakao Kao Kao Kao Kao Kao Kao Kao Kao, a communication medium, to the victim with a view to inducing the victim D (or 16 years of age)’s sexual desire at the Defendant’s residence located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and satisfying the Defendant’s sexual desire.

3. Around 10:30 on July 4, 2014, the Defendant had possession of obscene materials by storing 65 obscene videos appearing in the Defendant’s cell phone at the Defendant’s residence located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon.

3. No person shall photograph another person's body against his/her will, using a camera or other similar mechanism with a similar function, which may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame;
