A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who violates the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) and the Road Traffic Act is engaged in driving B automobiles;

Around 08:40 on June 12, 2014, when the Defendant driving the said car and driving the said car into the front side of the Geumho Public Health Center, Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-si, the Defendant obtained the front side of the said car of the victim C (n, 23 years old) who was driven by the Defendant while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.130% at the time when he did not drive normally and did not drive the car at a central line, and then got into front of the driver's seat of the said victim's vehicle, which was followed by the said victim's driver's vehicle, to the extent that the repair of the victim's E (n, 37 years old) was impossible.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, and suffered injury, such as the removal of the body organs of the above arms bones, which requires approximately nine weeks of medical treatment, from the victim E, and from the injury of the light frighton, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim E, and at the same time damaged the victim E-car whose market price is approximately 8.5 million won.

2. On December 21, 201, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million from the Daegu District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on August 2, 2013, a summary order of KRW 4 million from the Daegu District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

The Defendant, around the date and time set forth in paragraph (1), driven the said B-car while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.130% without obtaining a driver’s license within four kilometers from before the search site located in the Sincheon-si Si, Geumcheon-si, Geumcheon-si to the front of the above Geumho Public Health Center.
