A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 22, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million due to the violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's net order support.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from D Driving) the Defendant was engaged in driving of B rocketing and other automobiles. As a result, the Defendant, while driving in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, sustained injury to the victim E, such as dynasium, tensions, etc. in need of two weeks of medical treatment, injury to the victim G, such as brain synasium, etc. requiring two weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victim I (V, 59 years of age) who was on a G driving vehicle, such as crynasium and tensions that require two weeks of medical treatment.

2. The Defendant violates the Road Traffic Act (driving) within a section of about 3 km from the front to the place specified in paragraph (1) on the roads of the Sinsan-siJ of the Sinsan-si.
