The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 121,73,30, and KRW 100,000 among them, from April 1, 2020 to the day of full payment.

The Plaintiff loaned KRW 100,000 to the Defendant on April 1, 2020 as interest rate of KRW 2% and due date of repayment on December 31, 2017. The Defendant asserted that the Defendant did not pay the remainder of the principal and interest of the loan with only interest paid up until April 20, 2019. The Plaintiff filed a claim against the Defendant for delay damages from April 1, 2020 for the total amount of principal and interest of KRW 121,73,30 as of March 31, 2020 and the principal and interest of KRW 100,000,000,000 among them, and the Defendant confessions all the grounds for the Plaintiff’s claim.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated by the rate of 24% per annum from April 1, 2020 to the date of full payment, as to KRW 121,73,330 of the principal and KRW 100,000 of the principal.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
