1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 118,00,000 as well as KRW 100,000 among them, from September 28, 2017 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On September 28, 2016, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 100,000,000 to C Co., Ltd. at the interest rate of KRW 1.5% per month and on September 27, 2017.
B. The Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed the above debt owed to the Plaintiff Co., Ltd.
C. The remainder of the obligation as of September 27, 2017 is the principal of KRW 100,000,000 and the unpaid interest of KRW 18,00,000.
Therefore, as a joint and several surety of C Co., Ltd., a debtor, the defendant is obligated to pay 118,00,000,000 won in total, and 100,000,000 won in principal, which is the principal, to the creditor, as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 18% per annum from September 28, 2017 to the date of full payment.
