Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On September 27, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Jeonju District Court on September 27, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 5, 2013.

A person who intends to operate a travel business shall register with the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from April 26, 2012 to June 2012, operated a travel business to attract many unspecified persons to travel in Korea with the trade name of 'C' without registering the travel business in Gunsan-si B.
