A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 08:40 on April 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) operated from the Seoul subway Station 4 located in the Jung-gu Seoul Central District, Jung-gu, Seoul Central District Park Park, to the sponsed air basin in Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, the Defendant was flicked for approximately one minute of the victim’s her her son, who was flicked after the victim C (V, 22 years of age).
