A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes against the victim B;

A. On June 4, 2018, around 08:40 on June 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) affixed even the Defendant’s hand, etc. subsequent to the said victim, etc. inside the electric train operated in the reverse station in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan City; and (b) continued to see the Defendant’s hand, etc. in contact with the her part.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against the victim in means of public transportation.

B. The defendant under the same year

6. At approximately 08:30 to 08:40, the Defendant’s hand, etc. was cut down within the electric car in operation of the same section as that of the preceding paragraph, and the Defendant’s hand, etc. was cut down continuously by having the victim contact with the part.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against the victim in means of public transportation.

C. The defendant's explanation

7. Elementary 08:30 to 08:40

After even though they are attached to the above victim's damages in the front line in operation of the section, such as the above victim's damages, the defendant's damages, etc. became unfolded with the victim's damages, etc., and continued to see them.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against the victim in means of public transportation.

2. On July 18, 2018, at around 08:35, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim whose name is unknown, the Defendant continued to see the Defendant’s hand, etc. after even though he was suffering of green horses at the time in the electric train in the reverse station in the subway 2-line of subway line in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seoul, with his front line attached thereto, and continued to see the victim’s hand, etc. after having contacted the victim’s her part.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against the victim in means of public transportation.

3. On November 7, 2018, around 08:30 on November 7, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim C (tentative name) set an even number line subsequent to the said victim’s hand, etc. inside the electric train operated in the reverse Tri Station in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seoul, and continued to see the Defendant’s hand, etc. by having the victim’s her son contact with the upper part.
