Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of eight million won, and by a fine of five million won, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 21, 2020, Defendant A and C, the Defendant and C, respectively, leased each subparagraph of the building E and the building G of the Daegu Suwon-gu Building from the early police on December 2, 2019 to the early police on January 21, 2020, prepared a place to be provided for commercial sex acts by operating a commercial sex acts with the trade name of “H”, and then, the Defendant and C, upon receiving KRW 80,000 from the unspecified male customers to receive KRW 80,00 as the price for commercial sex acts and let them do the similar sexual intercourse by making the said female customers us (the age of 20) look into the sexual character of the said customers and scambling it.

As a result, the defendant conspired with C to engage in commercial sex acts such as brokerage.

2. The Defendant and C, from the early April 20, 2020 to April 27, 2020, set up a place to be provided for sexual traffic by leasing each of the D Buildings E in Daegu Suwon-gu and the J Buildings K in Daegu-gu, and operated a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name of "L". While operating a sexual traffic business establishment, Defendant B and C, who received KRW 80,000 from an unspecified male guest, received KRW 80,00 as the price for sexual traffic from an unspecified male customer, and had the female employee M (the female, the age of 19) engage in a similar sexual intercourse by having the said customer take the sexual character of the said customer and scambling it.

As a result, the defendant conspired with C to engage in commercial sex acts such as brokerage.
