A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, under the trade name of the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Btel 610 and 1421 “C”, employed female employees and received KRW 100,000 per customer and gave them to female employees.
