A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than four years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 14, 2016, the Defendant, from around 18:10 on June 14, 2016, talked with the victim C (the age of 42) and D (E) who work together with the victim after drinking alcohol on the way that the victim came back to the night after drinking alcohol, and caused the victim to have a dispute with the victim, and during that process, the victim was hicked with the victim by drinking the part of his mouth from the victim once.
