A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

around April 3, 2014, the Defendant is a foreigner of Thai nationality who enters the Republic of Korea and works in C' in E-9-3 of non-professional employment for agriculture, and the victim D(D, 23) enters the Republic of Korea as a non-professional employment for agriculture around January 9, 2017 and works in E-9-3 of agriculture and works in C'.

At around 18:00 on November 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) heard the horses that “the Defendant gets drunk from the victim because she was under the influence of alcohol, i.e., with the victim’s nationality E, F, G, H, etc. while drinking together with the victim’s and drinking together with the victim’s nationality E, E, G, H, etc.; and (b) when she was fit for her bucking with the victim, she her to murder the victim.

In other words, the Defendant again tried to kill the victim on a one-time basis of the kitchen knife (34 cm in total length, 21 cm in knife, Shepherf m) and the part of the victim’s left chest at the above restaurant. However, the workers of Cambodian nationality in the surrounding areas did not only engage in an attempt to kill the victim with an external wound, knife, heat, etc. which is open to the knife with the knife from the Defendant, but did not result in an attempted attempt.
