Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving Obane.

Around 17:40 on June 8, 2018, the Defendant driven an over-to-face 17:40, and proceeded at a speed of about 30km in speed from 76km-ro, Daegu Northern-gu, Seoul, to the four-lane distance from the high-speed global zone.

Since a signal, etc. is installed, the driver has a duty of care to reduce speed and to drive safely in accordance with the signals.

Nevertheless, due to negligence of disregarding the change of vehicle driving signals to the stop signal, the victim C (the 60-year old) who was driving a bicycle on the left side of the crosswalk in accordance with the crosswalk signals from the direction of the running direction of the vehicle where the defendant is driving the crosswalk to the left side of the crosswalk, and the part of the bicycle front hand and the part on the right side of the motor vehicle driving by the defendant was driven by the victim.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from the Defendant’s negligence in the course of performing the above duties with a scarcity which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
