Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a car at the fourth time.

On November 11, 2015, the Defendant driven the above car at around 18:00, and led to the left-hand turn from the lower-distance bank of the Daegu Suwon-gu to the lower-distance bank of the Republic of Korea.

Since there is an intersection where the vehicle signal, etc. is installed, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to drive the motor vehicle safely in accordance with the signals thoroughly.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and failed to keep the victim C who was driving a bicycle on the right side from the left side of the driving direction of the vehicle where the Defendant is driving, and did not get out of the victim C who was driving a crosswalk, and received the damaged bicycle side by the front part of the left side of the vehicle driving by the Defendant.

As a result, Defendant 1 suffered from the 10th left-hand side of the victim, which requires approximately four weeks of medical treatment due to the above occupational negligence, damage to the cage of the victim, and the number of days of medical treatment.
