A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On September 20, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Seoggu District Court Branch Branch of the Daegu District Court, on April 10, 2015, to ten months, and sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for night-time building intrusion and larceny at the Daegu District Court, on April 21, 2015, and on April 21, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for night-time building intrusion and larceny and completed the execution of the sentence on September 5, 2016.

The defendant of "2019 Highest 2413" was in a state of weak ability to discern things or make decisions by a person suffering from her own illness.

1. On September 1, 2019, at around 03:20 on September 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) laid in a “D” female clothing store operated by the victim C in Daegu-gun; (b) laid in a buck of the corrected entrances; and (c) laid in a milch so far as possible, loaded with the correction device; and (d) carried out two punishments for female clothes equivalent to KRW 100,000,000 in total market price of the victim’s ownership

2. On September 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 03:42, at the “F” clothing store operated by the victim E in Daegu-guned Group B; (b) opened several entrances in two hands and tried to have been forced to open and intrude into the clothing store; (c) but (d) did not open any door.

3. On September 1, 2019, around 03:46, the Defendant: (a) opened the entrance at the “H” female clothing store operated by the victim G in Daegu-gun Group B; and (b) attempted to have the entrance opened and intruded by two hand; (c) but (d) failed to open a door.

4. On September 4, 2019, the Defendant, at the “D” female clothes store operated by the said victim C, intruded with the correction device in the same manner as Paragraph 1, and had three punishments for female clothes equivalent to 130,000 won in total at the market price of the victim’s possession.

5. On September 4, 2019, around 02:49 around 02:49, the Defendant attempted to intrude by the same method as that of paragraph 2, but failed to do so without any door.

Accordingly, the defendant is sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to special larceny.
