A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 28, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion, larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court, on January 5, 2017, which became final and conclusive on May 24, 2017, and was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion, larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court Branch Branch of the Busan District Court on May 24, 2017, which became final and conclusive on June 1, 2017, and the said sentence became final and conclusive, and the execution of each of the above punishment was terminated on March 1, 2018.

On March 17, 2019, at around 13:47, the Defendant opened a 1st floor door, which was unlocked to the victim C’s house located in Busan Shodong-gu, and opened a 2nd floor through stairs, etc. On the same day, the Defendant opened the 1st floor door, which was unlocked to the victim E house located in Busan Sho-gu, and intruded into the victim E’s residence. At around 13:50 on the same day, the Defendant opened the 1st floor door, which was located in Busan Sho-gu, and opened the 2nd floor door through the 14:00 on the same day, and opened the 2nd floor door through the 14:0 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant invadedd the residence of the victim C, E, and I, and attempted to intrude into the residence of the victim G, but attempted to commit the attempted crime.
