A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for life.

Punishment of the crime

In August 2018, the Defendant was working as a person in charge of online sales from the “B” of the island distribution company. From around August 2018, the Defendant retired from the above company in December 2018 with the female victim C (D birth) who was in charge of accounting at the above company, and started online island sales business in the name of “E”. The Defendant continued to hold office in the above “B” and continued to hold online connection with the victim who had been in charge of the operation of the said “E” due to online connection, etc., but the Defendant maintained the teaching relationship with the victim who had been the spouse and children, but did not move back to a normal relationship, and the victim continued to display the victim’s complaint on the ground that the inappropriate relation with the victim was known to another person and caused the defect in the Defendant’s usual business in the publishing industry, and thus, the date of the failure of the family, thereby, became subject to serious psychological pressure.

On November 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) moved the victim who had contacted with the Defendant in advance to Gcos or the head of the car operation in order to take aboard the victim's residence, and had the victim talked with the said complaint, and parked the said vehicle in the H building parking lot in order for the victim to take up the said complaint again; (b) at the same time, the victim parked the said vehicle in the H building parking lot in order for the victim to take an examination into his family; and (c) at this point, the victim gets out of the said vehicle, such as the defect that the victim tried to take out the said vehicle, the clothes, and the knive pressure as seen above, and the victim kills the victim with his desire while taking the victim's boom with his hand, and (d) the victim tried to murder the victim with the victim's boom and boom on the same day at around 19:20 on the same day, the victim's 19:20 on the same day.
