Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

On October 11, 2017, around 17:15, the Defendant exposed to the sexual organ and made an obscene act by openly viewing that people, including D (n, 40 years of age), around the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City C market, were able to keep up with the sexual organ.
