On May 31, 2017, around 18:58, the Defendant made a patently obscene act by putting his sexual organ into his hand and committing a self-defluencing act under the Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, by putting his sexual organ into his hand while complying with D (M, 28 years of age).
