Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 25,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 21, 2010, the Defendant, at around 13:50 on January 21, 201, caused a disturbance of alcohol due to the horse and behavior in the subway train of Incheon, and did not receive a written notice of penalty in violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act and did not pay the penalty.
