Punishment of the crime
On March 10, 2009, the Defendant, while drunkly drinking and acting in front of the Dong-gu Dong-gu Police Station, Daegu District Police Station around 12:03, issued a written notice of penalty due to the violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act and did not pay the penalty.
