1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant engaged in the Defendant’s housework and hole farming business: (a) on June 14, 2005, the Defendant obtained a license for the fish farming business (D) from Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, to July 19, 2010, from Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, which is able to produce household seeds and seedlings from 4rd of Hanyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, to produce household seeds and seedlings; and (b) he/she conducts the fish farming business by holding a license for the fish farming business (D) with a permit for the marine seeds and seedlings production (C) on a yearly basis; and (c) on February 11, 2008, from Yangyang-do, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, to 1.3 p.m. of Hanyang-do from February 11, 2008 to April 22, 2013.

(hereinafter referred to as the “instant aquaculture”). (b) The aquaculture operated by the Defendant

On December 29, 2004, the Plaintiff Korea Highway Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Plaintiff Corporation”) awarded a contract to the Plaintiff Hanyang Public Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Plaintiff Hanyang Public Corporation”) and the Non-party Hanyang Construction Corporation for the construction work of the third section of the national expressway No. 65 line order of the national expressway No. 65 line between the Hanyang-speed first and the second section of the national highway No. 3 from 2006 to 2008.
