A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 24, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 2 million won due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the credit branch of Suwon District Court on October 24, 2008, and a fine of 5 million won due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Eastern District Court on August 3, 2012, and a person who has been sentenced to a summary order of 5 million won due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act on at least two occasions.

Criminal facts

1. On March 9, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.093% from blood alcohol level on March 15:10, 2015, the Defendant driven a bwing-III truck at approximately 800 meters from the Do in front of a restaurant in the west-gun of Gangwon-do in the west-gun of the same side from the Do in front of a restaurant.

2. On May 3, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving at around 3 km from May 12:46, 2015 to the public parking lot located in the same Eup/Myeon as the Gyeonggi-gu Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-ro 323 Do, Yangyang-ro, Yangyang-ro, 323 Do, without obtaining a driver’s license.
