Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인 A의 피해자 D, E에 대한 각 상해 피고인은 2016. 6. 16. 02:30 경 삼척시 F에 있는 G 식당 앞에서 C( 남, 22세) 과 눈이 마주치고 서로 “ 뭔 데 ”라고 하며 말다툼하던 중, 위 C의 일행인 피해자 D(25 세, 여) 가 이를 말린다는 이유로 화가 나, 피해자 D에게 “ 씹팔 년 아, 넌 끼지 마, 넌 뭔 데, 개 좆같은 년이!! ”라고 욕설을 하며 손으로 피해자 D의 어깨와 겨드랑이를 잡아당기고, 그녀의 얼굴을 때리려고 주먹을 휘두르는 과정에서 그 옆에 있던 피해자 E(22 세, 여) 의 얼굴 부위를 1회 때려, 피해자 D에게 약 2 주간의 치료가 필요한 어깨 및 위팔의 타박상, 요추의 염좌 및 긴장의 상해를, 피해자 E에게 약 2 주간의 치료가 필요한 얼굴의 표재성 손상, 타박상, 무릎의 타박상을 가하였다.

2. The Defendant C committed assault to the victim, at the same time and place as the date and time set forth in the above 1.1.
