1. Around October 27, 2018, the Defendant posted a notice to the Internet Kakaotoo shopping mall operated by the Defendant on a computer located at the Defendant’s home located in Busan Yato B, and sent a message to the victim C, who visited the Defendant, stating that “When sending KRW 130,000 to the Kakaox, I will deliver the message “I will deliver to the Kakao to the Switzerland.”
However, since the defendant did not have the above newness, even if he received the price of goods from the victim, he did not have the intent and ability to send it.
The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 130,000 won from the account of community credit cooperatives (D) in the name of the Defendant at around 22:07 of the same day from the victim, and received a total of 720,000 won from the victims, including around that time to January 28, 2019.

2. On November 10, 2018, the Defendant prepared and posted a letter to the effect that “The Defendant sold the Internet Kakaootong and the nivek-knife” by accessing the Internet Kakaotong shopping mall operated by the Defendant using a computer, and around that time, the Defendant would send the said article to the victim E who reported and contacted the above posted article to the victim E, who did not have the said article and did not have any intent to sell it to the victim, with a hidden amount of KRW 253,70 by remitting KRW 253,70 upon the transfer of the said article, regardless of the victim’s intention to sell it to the victim.
“A false statement to the effect that it was received from the victim on November 13:07, 201, the sum of KRW 118,700 to the above account and KRW 253,700 to the above account on November 16, 2018, on the following day, around 135,700 from the account of community credit cooperatives (Account Number D) in the name of the defendant, and from the victim, the fraud was obtained.
3. On February 12, 2019, the Defendant had access to the Internet Casato shopping mall by using a computer in his/her residence.
