A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

No person of "2019 Highest 180" shall interfere with fire extinguishment, lifesaving, first-aid services, or other fire-fighting activities performed by any fire brigade dispatched without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, at around 18:16 on October 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) sent to the site by a fire-fighting officer affiliated with the D fire-fighting commander, who was reported at the front of Cmiddle School located in B, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-gun, and was able to verify his/her own condition; (b) was able to display his/her hand citing the key lick, and expressed his/her bath to E in the large interest of E.

Accordingly, the defendant committed violence to the fire fighter dispatched without justifiable reasons to interfere with life-saving or emergency medical services.

The defendant of "2019 Highest 184" is a patient transferred to the emergency department of G Hospital located in the Northbuk-gunF through 119 emergency vehicles.

No person shall interfere with the rescue, transfer, first aid, or medical treatment of an emergency patient by emergency medical personnel by means of violence, intimidation, deceptive scheme, force, or other means.

Nevertheless, at around 18:30 on October 15, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the right face of the Victim H( South and 26 years old), a nurse of the G Hospital emergency department, seeking dialogue in order to check the state of the Defendant in the emergency room of the G Hospital.

Accordingly, the Defendant obstructed emergency medical services by assaulting a victim who is an emergency medical personnel who provides first aid to an emergency patient as above.
