1. The Defendant Construction Mutual Aid Association’s total amount of KRW 562,487,556 and its large amount of KRW 562,487,556 shall be the year from May 25, 2016 to December 23, 2016.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a person who constructed and sold a 19-dong 948 apartment complex 19-dong, Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul (458 apartment units among them, and 490 households; hereinafter “the apartment units in this case”).

B. From among the instant new apartment construction works, the Plaintiff contracted the construction of civil engineering, construction, and machinery installation works to Sungwon Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Ssung Construction”) and the construction work to Kudong Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ Kudong Construction”) and the construction work was decided on December 14, 2015, respectively.

The above contractor completed each construction, and the plaintiff was approved to use the apartment of this case on June 10, 2008.

C. The Defendant Union entered into a contract for the repair of defects (hereinafter “each of the instant guarantee contracts”) with respect to each of the instant construction works among the new apartment construction works, as follows, and issued a warranty bond to the Plaintiff who is the guarantee creditor.
