Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around April 30, 2008, the Defendant forged a private document, stating “B, C, and C” in the column of joint and several surety of the “Agreement on Trade in Intermediates” without authority, and signing a signature on the side in the column of joint and several surety of the “Agreement on Trade in Intermediates” without authority, and forged a “Agreement on Trade in Intermediates” in the name of B, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. At the above time and place of the event of the above investigation document, the Defendant issued a forged “Agreement on Trade in Intermediates” to the employees of the Busan Central Office and the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., who are not aware of the fact, as if they were duly formed.
