Punishment of the crime

On April 4, 2019, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: around 09:56, in a “H restaurant” where the injured party G in Busan F is working for the victim G in the annual system of Busan, 1 soldier’s disease is cut out; and the amount of alcoholic beverages is paid without justifiable grounds.
