Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A From October 1 to March 12, 2016, from around October 1, 2015 to around March 12, 2016, a male customers who produced and distributed a commercial sex advertisement leaflet to the Daegu Dong-gu and Sungsung-gu, and reported it to and contacted with it. Defendant B worked as Defendant A’s employee from October 1, 2015 to January 11, 2016, distributed a commercial sex trafficking leaflet and distributed it to Defendant A’s employee, while waiting for a female commercial sex act on a vehicle, and served as a guidance for female customers to engage in commercial sex acts.
1. On January 9, 2016, the Defendants: (a) received 150,00 won from a male guest who is not his/her name from a man guest in Daegu as the price for sexual intercourse; and (b) caused C, a sexual traffic woman, to have sexual intercourse; and (c) from October 1, 2015 to March 12, 2016, the Defendants received 150,000 won to 180,000 won from an unspecified number of male guest customers in Daegu, and had them sexual intercourse with the sexual intercourse.
Accordingly, Defendants conspired to act as a broker for sexual traffic from October 1, 2016 to January 11, 2016, and Defendant A engaged in brokering sexual traffic for business purposes from January 12, 2016 to March 12, 2016.
2. 성매매 광고 피고인들은 2016. 1. 11. 19:40 경 대구 수성구 D에 있는 E 모텔 출입구에 “♥ F” 라는 기호 및 문구가 삽입된 명함 크기의 성매매 광고 전단지를 놓고 간 것을 비롯하여 2015. 10. 1. 경부터 2016. 3. 12. 경까지 대구 소재 다수의 모텔 출입구에 위와 같은 전단지를 놓고 가는 방법으로 배포하였다.
Accordingly, Defendants conspired with each other from October 1, 2016 to January 11, 2016, and Defendant A advertised to encourage or induce the purchase of sex from January 12, 2016 to March 12, 2016.
