1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The party-related Plaintiff A is a patient who was administered by the Defendants at the “E Hospital” operated by the Defendants (hereinafter “the instant hospital”) and undergoes the flachicing process, and Plaintiff B is the wife of Plaintiff A, and Defendant C is a doctor who performed the flachicing procedure with Plaintiff A.

B. On June 5, 2013, Plaintiff A entered the instant hospital to undergo a health examination, and was subject to the said internal border and internal border test. Plaintiff A received an escape-resistant nuclear diagnosis on the same day, around 14:00 on the same day, Plaintiff A received a crypary flacing surgery (hereinafter “instant surgery”) using the CPH (pactics) from Defendant C at the instant hospital, and Plaintiff A complained of the cryp flacing certificate around 10:00 on June 6, 2013 following the day, and Defendant C took a part in the workplace inspection, but was not found any other part of the workplace. On the same day, Plaintiff A was found to have been flaced by having been at work using the CPH (pactics) around 14:00.

3) On June 7, 2013, Defendant C performed national anesthesia, and performed the flaging to the flag of the workplace concerned, and thereafter, Defendant C transferred the Plaintiff to F Hospital, which is a superior hospital, around 17:00 on the same day, due to the occurrence of clothes expansion, low flagic acid, etc., and Plaintiff A was subject to the flaging infection operation at around 19:50 on the same day. Plaintiff A diagnosed the Plaintiff on June 7, 2013 as “A of the flaging flag of a primary disease, an injury-causing shock shock, an injury-related flaging flag, and an injury-related flaging flag of a single flag,” and diagnosed Plaintiff A as “A on June 7, 2013.

Plaintiff

A was hospitalized for 112 days at the F Hospital after an acute diversatitis surgery conducted on June 7, 2013, and until September 26, 2013.
