Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A beneficiary under the National Basic Living Security Act shall not receive benefits by applying for basic livelihood benefits by fraudulent or other unlawful means.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as a recipient of the National Basic Living Security (hereinafter “National Basic Living Security”) from Sep. 2015 to Aug. 2017, 2017, caused the Defendant to work as a brokerage assistant at Pyeongtaek-si building and the “D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” in subparagraph C to work as a brokerage assistant. However, even if 1.2 million won or more per month was generated, the Defendant reported that the income of KRW 6.10,000 per month was generated, and received KRW 9,328,680
